(Retrieving E-Mail At Your Site)
E-mail users at your site can retrieve e-mail using either of the following two methods:

Method1 - Web Based Access -
This method allows you to retrieve your email from any computer, anywhere at anytime. Your hosting account comes with a personal secure E-mail Login page (Logo Optional). E-Mail users at your site can login by entering their User Name and Password.

-Secure E-mail login page: https://www.yourwebsite.com/slogin

Method2 - E-Mail Software Access -  This following settings will be the same regardless of the e-mail software you choose:

-Your POP3 & SMTP Server: www.yourwebsite.com or .net, .org etc...
-Your Email Address: youraccount@yourwebsite.com or .net, .org etc...
-Your User Name: Provided to you by your Web Site  administrator/developer

Using E-Mail Software: We recommend that you use e-mail software to retreive e-mail. This option stores messages to your computer.

Using Web-Based E-Mail:
Web-based e-mail stores e-mail information on your hosting computer (server) until e-mails are deleted.  If messages are not deleted web based e-mail can eventually maximize storage space within your hosting account which will result in your not being able to retrieve new messages until others are deleted.

Rules for Both E-Mail Software & Web-Based E-Mail: Be sure to configure your e-mail software or Web-Based E-Mail to delete mail from the server once it has been read. If you don't set your e-mail to delete from the server it could eventually cause your account to run out of space requiring you to upgrade your account or not receive your messages in a timely fashion (Be assured that your messages will not be lost altogether, Once you clean up space you will receive your new messages). To prevent this from happening, please perform the following steps:

  1. You should configure your e-mail software to delete mail from the server within 15 days after retrieval.
  2. Configure your web-based e-mail acccount to leave mail on the server after retrieval.
  3. Close your e-mail software if you know it will not be be accessible for a period of time and you only have access to web-based e-mail.
